Pay your rent on-line

We accept rent On-line through Pay pal.

Please understand that it will cost you roughly 3.3% more to pay this way. Take the amount that you would normally pay, multiply that amount times 1.033. That amount is the amount to enter as your payment.

Ex: $300 x 1.033 = $309.90

You pay $309.90

Pay Pal keeps $9.90 of that as a fee for using the service. They send on $300.00 to us for your rent.

If you only pay $300.00, Pay pal will keep $9.90 because you used the service, send $290.10 to us which means your rent will be short.  If your rent is not paid in full, you may miss your discount and/or be late.
