I had been interested in purchasing a rental property with my IRA account for quite a while. There was no doubt that I would utilize Kevco as I had been very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and history of getting their properties rented. I asked Barb Bolin what she thought would make the best rental and she told me a 2 bedroom home in old town was a property she could “rent every day of the week”.
