First, determine what is important to you and your roommates about a property. For example: how many bedrooms and bathrooms, being close to campus/Old Town, a fenced yard, a washer/dryer, a garage, etc.
Once you know this, check out the available properties on our website and figure out which ones you would like to go and see.
Email or call KEVCO ((970) 419-8881) with the list of properties that you/and roommates want to see and also some time slots you are all available to go on a few showings.
At the showings, KEVCO will give you each a rental application, which is good for any KEVCO property. Once you have made a decision on which property you want to call home, turn in your application and $20 application fee (per person) to KEVCO either by mailing it or dropping it by our office.
Once we run the application(s), which can sometimes take a few days, we will call you to set up the big day: lease signing. At the lease signing we will collect the security deposit for the property you will call home.
Before the move in date we will need the security deposit in full, any pet deposits in full, and the first month's rent in full.
